Refund policy

We want you to be satisfied with your DESKSPUR order. Please review this policy before requesting a return.
Return Requests
You may request a return within 30 days after delivery. Contact us before sending an item back so we can confirm eligibility and provide instructions. Please do not mail a return until your return request has been approved.
For a change-of-mind return, the item must be unused and in the same condition in which it was received, with its original packaging and included parts where applicable. Items identified as non-returnable on the product page may not be eligible for a change-of-mind return. This policy does not limit rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
How to Request a Return
Email utmannolaernser@gmail.com with your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason for the request. If approved, we will provide return instructions. Please use the return address only after receiving approval and instructions from us.
Return Shipping Costs
For a change-of-mind return, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless applicable law requires otherwise. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us promptly so we can review the issue and provide the appropriate next steps.
Exchanges
Exchanges are subject to product availability. Contact us before returning an item to ask whether an exchange is available.
Refunds
After an authorized return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the funds.
